  • Any specific returns, profits, or revenue distributions
  • The value, stability, or future performance of COIN tokens
  • The accuracy of any information provided on the platform
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

3. No Investment Advice

NOTHING ON OUR WEBSITE OR TMA CONSTITUTES INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, TRADING, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

We are not registered investment advisors, financial planners, or tax professionals. Any information provided is general in nature and should not be construed as personalized advice.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, lost passwords, compromised private keys, or any security breach. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, though we assume no obligation to investigate or take action.

6. Virtual Shares and Tokens

CRITICAL RISK WARNING: Virtual shares and COIN tokens are digital assets that may have no intrinsic value. Their value may fluctuate significantly and may become worthless. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You understand and agree that:

  • Virtual shares are digital representations and may not confer any actual ownership rights
  • COIN tokens are cryptocurrency tokens on the TON blockchain and are subject to extreme volatility
  • The value of tokens and shares may decrease to zero at any time
  • We make no guarantees regarding token value, liquidity, or marketability
  • Token distributions, if any, are at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice
  • You are solely responsible for all tax obligations related to your transactions

We assume no responsibility for any financial losses, tax liabilities, or other consequences resulting from your participation in our services.

7. Revenue Sharing

Any revenue sharing or token distributions are provided at our sole discretion and are subject to:

  • Actual revenue generation, which we do not guarantee
  • Technical and operational factors beyond our control
  • Our ability to continue operations, which we do not guarantee
  • Modification, suspension, or termination at any time without notice or explanation

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Whether any distributions will occur at all
  • The value or utility of any tokens distributed
  • The continuation of revenue sharing programs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate revenue sharing at any time without prior notice or liability.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our services
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund or compensation.

9. Third-Party Services and Blockchain Risks

Our services depend on third-party services including:

  • Telegram: Subject to Telegram's terms and policies. We are not responsible for Telegram's actions, failures, or changes.
  • TON Blockchain: Subject to network conditions, congestion, and potential failures. We are not responsible for blockchain-related issues.
  • Wallet Providers: Subject to their terms and potential failures. We are not responsible for wallet-related issues.

BLOCKCHAIN RISKS: You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to: network failures, transaction delays, irreversible transactions, loss of private keys, smart contract bugs, regulatory changes, and potential total loss of assets.

We assume no responsibility for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from third-party service failures, blockchain issues, or network problems.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Website and TMA are owned by COIN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of your access.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COIN, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

We are not liable for:

  • Any financial losses, including loss of investment, tokens, or virtual shares
  • Loss of data, access, or functionality
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
  • Third-party actions, failures, or changes
  • Blockchain network issues, congestion, or failures
  • Regulatory changes or legal actions
  • Market volatility or token value fluctuations
  • Unauthorized access to your account or wallet
  • Any other damages or losses of any kind

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COIN, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use or misuse of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our services

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of our services.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and associated data
  • We are not obligated to provide any refunds or compensation
  • You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from termination of your access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Changing features, functionality, or availability
  • Modifying or discontinuing revenue sharing programs
  • Changing token distribution mechanisms
  • Updating or removing content

We are not obligated to provide notice of changes or to maintain any particular level of service.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, blockchain network failures, third-party service failures, cyber attacks, or other force majeure events.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it will be forever barred.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and COIN regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
